Refund policy

It happens... one baldie out of 100 is bound to be unhappy with their purchase. We get it! With this in mind, all orders come with a 30-day risk-free return policy! If you are not totally satisfied, shoot us an email (baldie@skullease.com) within 30 days of your purchase and you can return for a full refund minus the shipping cost. SkullEase does not provide return shipping labels nor cover the cost of shipping for returns. If you purchase SkullEase from another source such as one of our valued retailers, their return policy will supersede ours. Returns of the SkullEase Premium Head Shaver must be in like-new condition and include original packaging. Returns will be processed once items are received. Blade refills must be in original unopened condition to be eligible for return. All creams, moisturizer, or beard oil must be at least 3/4 full to be eligible for return.  

1. Email baldie@skullease.com with your name, order number and your request.

2. Place items in original packaging including all components.

3. Ship your returns back to address below.

4. Email us a photo of your return label or provide a tracking number for proof of shipment. 

5. Funds will be returned within 10 days of receipt of goods.
